1. Acceptance of Terms

• jli1 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied, as all supported payment methods transact natively in PHP.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set forth in this Section.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own legal name and verified as part of the KYC process. jli1 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• jli1 targets processing withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within one (1) to three (3) hours during active support hours. Philippine bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) to five (5) hours.

• Withdrawals involving amounts exceeding ₱100,000 may be subject to enhanced KYC verification and may take additional processing time, as required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

13. Account Suspension & Closure

• Unusual or suspicious account activity is detected that warrants investigation;
• jli1 is required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law;

Where an account is closed for cause, jli1 may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the player, jli1 will process the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method.

14. Dispute Resolution
